our services!
Lakehouse Media Studios is a full service design firm
located in Austin, Texas. With more than 7 years experience
in Print and World Wide Web Design and Advertising,
we have the skills and knowledge you need to make
your marketing and information services complete.
We provide technical web site support, troubleshooting,
and maintenance, priced per hour, or we have monthly
and yearly contracts available. If you have any questions

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday,
9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. |

Statement
of Guarantee
|
| Confidentiality.
Lakehouse
Media Studios recognizes and acknowledges that all information
concerning the Client's business affairs, customers,
vendors, finances, properties, methods of operation,
computer programs, and documentation, and other such
information, whether written, oral, or otherwise, is
confidential in nature. |
| Non-Disclosure.
Lakehouse
Media Studios agrees that, except as directed by the
Client, it will not at any time during or after the
term of a written Agreement disclose any Confidential
Information (as described above) to any person whatsoever,
unless otherwise instructed by a court of law. |
Browser
Compatibility. Lakehouse Media
Studios represents and warrants that the web site we
create and maintain for you will work in:
Microsoft® Internet Explorer versions 4 and up,
Netscape Navigator version 4 and up. While Lakehouse
Media Studios will make reasonable efforts to maintain
a fully-functional web site, Lakehouse Media Studios'
warranty does not cover AOL, text-based browsers or
requested special effects that we have advised you against. |
| Updates
and Changes. All requests
for updates and changes must be submitted in writing
by email or attachment to email (.doc, .pdf, .txt, .xls).
Phone calls may be made, but must be followed by an
email for documentation purposes and to indicate the
Client's approval to begin work on such updates and
changes. |
| Copyrights
and Trademarks. The Client
represents to Lakehouse Media Studios and unconditionally
guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos,
designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished or requested
by the Client for inclusion in all Projects are owned
by the Client, or that the Client has permission from
the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and
will hold harmless, protect, and defend Lakehouse Media
Studios and its subcontractors from any claim or suit
arising from the use of such elements furnished or requested
for inclusion in all Projects by the Client. |
| Electronic
Commerce Laws. The Client
agrees that the Client is solely responsible for complying
with any laws, taxes, and tariffs applicable in any
way to any services performed, and will hold harmless,
protect, and defend Lakehouse Media Studios and its
subcontractors from any claim, suit, penalty, tax, fine,
or tariff arising from the Client's exercise of Internet
electronic commerce and/or any failure to comply with
any such laws, taxes, and tariffs. |

Warranty
of Functions. Lakehouse
Media Studios nor any of its employees or agents,
warrant that the functions contained in any World
Wide Web or Internet Project will be uninterrupted
or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and
performance of said Projects is with the Client. Lakehouse
Media Studios warrants that it will provide the Client
with a quality website in conformity with the information
provided by the Client. In no event will Lakehouse
Media Studios be liable to the Client or any third
party for any damages, including, but not limited
to, service interruptions caused by Acts of God, the
Hosting Service or any other circumstances beyond
our reasonable control, any lost profits, lost savings
or other incidental, consequential, punitive, or special
damages arising out of the operation of or inability
to operate a Project, failure of any service provider,
of any telecommunications carrier, of the internet
backbone, of any internet servers, your or your site
visitor's computer or internet software, even if Lakehouse
Media Studios has been advised of the possibility
of such damages.

Out-of-pocket
Expenses. The Client agrees
to pay for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Lakehouse
Media Studios in maintaining the Client's Website including,
but without limitation, any: a. License fees,
b. Outsource services, c. Shipping, d. Domain name registration/renewal,
e. Host costs, f. Paid search engine inclusion,
g. Paid placement search engine advertising,
h. Hardware and software products |
| Refunds.
Refunds will not be given on any work started nor completed,
nor for any features placed on a website nor for domain
names or other expenses incurred by Lakehouse Media
Studios for the Client. |
